March 2009 Construction at the Century

We're seeing exciting progress on our two projects at the Century, an Art Deco, depression era apartment building on Central Park West. Construction has just begun on one: a 1,200 square foot, 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. We will be working with contractor Corey Ward of CW Contractors as the apartment is renovated with new millwork, redone bathrooms and new paint and finishes throughout.
Another, a 3,400 square foot duplex apartment has recently seen the installation of the kitchen cabinets as well as carrara marble slabs in the hall bath and millwork at one of the guest bedrooms.
