This 1,180 square foot, 2 bedroom 1 bath duplex apartment is located at the Century, an Art Deco apartment building ecrected during the height of the depression.
The clients bought the apartment for use as a pied a terre during their visits to New York City.
The project included renovating the apartment's Art Deco features, replacing the old electrical wiring, painting and refinishing all areas of the apartment, and adding a second bathroom under the stairway.
The kitchen renovation included opening it up into the living room and installing striking red cabinetry, which blended with the stainless steel wall tiles and counters as well as the honed granite floors.
