This 10,000 square foot 1902-1903 Beaux-Art Rowhouse just off Central Park West is currently under construction. The renovation includes interior restorations of plaster and moldings, and the construction of a private gym and home theater room, as well as installation of stained glass throughout. The house will also be wired as a "smart house," allowing the owner to control various systems remotely. Additionally, construction of steel structures for a rear extension and penthouse are underway.
