The Dewitt Clinton Condominiums building was planned to be constructed on historic Clinton Avenue in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. The eight-unit building was designed to reflect both the historical importance and growing popularity of the neighborhood. Care was taken to create a design that honored and incorporated the neighborhood's classical style without sacrificing modern innovations. The building's eight units included one, two, and three bedroom residences, which boasted central-air, individual heating, top of the line appliances, and energy efficient mechanical systems. Additionally, all units had a minimum of three windows allowing ample natural light, and residences on the top three floors were to have unobstructed views of the Manhattan skyline.
