Townhouse - W 84th St
The clients for this late 19th Century townhouse had a large agenda for interior renovations and exterior restoration of their West 84th Street facade and stoop. Through the course of design development and construction scheduling, the scope of work was reduced to the exterior restorations and guidelines for restoration and replacement of interior finishes.
The submitted designs included plans for a "Green Roof " with outdoor amenities as well as a sub level swimming pool and spa.
